Why You’ll Love Our Venue

Our waterfront venue overlooks the Chesapeake Bay! Any of our three ballrooms offer a gorgeous backdrop of the water and surrounding nature for your ceremony and reception.
Choose the location on the property that best suits your wedding day vision. Whether you want to host an intimate gathering of 50 or a large event of 250, we have the perfect ballroom for you! The Chesapeake Ballroom boasts a 32-foot-high ceiling and balcony, as well as a waterside deck that brings you and your guests close to the sea. You can also celebrate in the climate-controlled Tented Vista Ballroom, with its parquet floor, elegant chandeliers, and silk-lined ceiling. More intimate celebrations can be held in the Knollview House, with a charming wraparound porch overlooking lush lawns and the beautiful bay.
All of the details will be handled by us! In addition to day-of coordination services, our all-inclusive wedding packages offer a wide array of food and beverage choices, linen, lighting, and more to accommodate your vision and your budget.

Our rates for an event including catering can be slightly under $10k up to $35k + depending on final guest count, day of the week, and month of the year. We do not have a pre-set per-person package. Instead, it’s our policy to first learn more about your ideas and help you formulate the wedding package that meets your unique needs and budget.
Packages do include the venue, food, drink, planning, table décor, linens, china, and more! 20% service charge is not included.
